1. How long it takes to deliver my product?

= From seven days to a maximum of only 21 days, depending on where in the US do you live. This time frame is due to high demand, so we really appreciate your patience. We promise it will be worth it!

2. Do I get a warranty?

= Of course! You have plenty of time to report a manufacturing or shipping flaw directly with us. A maximum of 15 days since you received your product, and we will be happy to assist you. You will just cover the shipping back expenses (this is for you to feel safe. We have never received any claims because we make sure that our products are manufactured with the highest quality standards.

3. How can I confirm that my purchase was already shipped and keep track of the package?

We can send you screenshots with the tracking number and status, directly to your e-mail or phone number, whichever you like. 4. If I made a purchase by mistake, how long do I have to cancel and get a refund?

= Unlike other companies that only give you 12 hours to cancel, here with   Salut Shop you get 24 hours to cancel your purchase and you will get a full refund on your money. An entire day grace period!
